it means “name”
“name” can be a noun or a verb
if it’s a noun, then we have
無wú 名míng
as in
“having no name”
or
“namelessness”
if it’s a verb
無wú 名míng
could be something like
“nothingness names”
as in
“nothingness creates names for…”
